offer you fast, durable and safe solutions for trenchless renovation. Our high-quality internal sealing and liner end sleeves enable effective sealing and repair of damaged areas without the
need for extensive excavation work.
Our Pipe-Seal and RedEx products have been specially developed to reliably rehabilitate pipes - from smaller nominal diameters to large walkable profiles. The sophisticated installation system made of stainless steel and EPDM ensures a permanent seal thanks to constant contact pressure. Installation is carried out using specially developed packer and expander systems and can be flexibly adapted to different areas of application.

Reliable sealing and repair in accessible pipelines
The RedEx internal pipe sealing system offers a quick and reliable solution for repairing leaking joints and damaged areas in accessible pipes. It is particularly suitable for pipe diameters from DN 800 to DN 6000 and is available in different variants to meet the requirements of different pipe profiles. The RedEx system also includes RedEx liner end sleeves (LEM), which are specially designed for sealing liner ends in pipe diameters from DN 190 to DN 1200. These offer an ideal solution for ensuring a secure, permanent seal at liner connections and transitions. The system also offers effective sealing for dimensional changes and larger damaged areas with the RedEx Connect special solutions.
Easy handling and quick installation
RedEx products are installed quickly and easily by hand. A hydraulic expander is used to install stainless steel rings that press the prefabricated sealing sleeve onto the old pipe wall. If necessary, the products can also be removed easily and non-destructively.
Versatile and suitable for numerous materials
RedEx internal sealing systems and liner end sleeves (LEM) are suitable for pipes made of a wide range of materials, including vitrified clay, steel, concrete, reinforced concrete, AZ, cast iron, GRP, PP pipes, PE-HD, PVC-U and fiber cement. They can be used in gravity and pressure pipelines for drinking water, industrial water, waste water and, on request, for alkaline solutions, salt water, gas, acids and oil.
International and national approvals
RedEx internal sealing systems have extensive approvals at both national and international level. These approvals ensure that the products meet strict quality standards and safety requirements and may be used for pipe repair and sealing in the respective countries. Among other things, this includes proof of suitability for use in pressure pipes and for dynamic load changes (10 million load changes from -0.9 to +10 bar), which ensures high long-term stability and reliability.
The approvals are not only valid in Europe, but also in many international markets, which strengthens confidence in RedEx products worldwide and enables them to be used in various projects and regions.
