offer you fast, durable and safe solutions for trenchless renovation. Our high-quality internal sealing and liner end sleeves enable effective sealing and repair of damaged areas without the
need for extensive excavation work.
Our Pipe-Seal and RedEx products have been specially developed to reliably rehabilitate pipes - from smaller nominal diameters to large walkable profiles. The sophisticated installation system made of stainless steel and EPDM ensures a permanent seal thanks to constant contact pressure. Installation is carried out using specially developed packer and expander systems and can be flexibly adapted to different areas of application.

Permanent solution for leaks
The Pipe-Seal-Fix inner sealing sleeve was specially developed for the trenchless renovation of pipes in the DN 150 - 800 diameter range. It provides a secure and durable seal for service, salt and waste water pipes.
The installation system made of high-quality stainless steel (V4A) and an EPDM compression seal can be used continuously and mechanically in the corresponding application areas and dimensions. Damage is repaired by permanently pressing the stainless steel sleeve against the pipe wall. The inner sealing sleeves are installed using the inflatable PI.TRON Seals Setting Tools or suitable installation packers from other manufacturers.
Versatile use - even for larger areas of damage

- Available in widths of 420 mm and 500 mm for various applications
- For simple individual assembly and overlapping alignment for large-area repairs (series offset)
- Compatible with vitrified clay, steel, reinforced concrete, concrete, AZ, cast iron, GRP, PP pipes and PE
- Sealing inner sleeve with improved locking mechanism, according to German patent no. 10 2012 111 341, German utility model no. 20 2012 012 667.9 and international patent application no. PCT/EP 2013/074424
