The PI.TRON Seals Setting Tool from Pipetronics offers a fast and reliable solution for renovating sewer pipes. Above all, standard tolerances in the pipe diameter or material, axial angles and conical expansions can be quickly and cleanly rehabilitated with internal sealing systems - without time-consuming procedures such as milling or filling. The Seals Setting Tool is attached directly to the PI.TRON multifunction robot or other inspection systems and supplied with compressed air via a compressed air hose. The PI.TRON Seals Setting Tool consists of a robust EPDM inflation hose that generates the necessary application pressure for the safe installation of the Pipe-Seal stainless steel sleeves.

Flexibility in the renovation of damaged areas
The PI.TRON Seals Setting Tool is ideal for repairs that do not require extensive pipe renovation. The tool is particularly useful for standard tolerances and conical expansions and enables a clean, fast repair by installing stainless steel sleeves and EPDM sealing elements.
It is capable of carrying out both overlapping series offsets and individual installations. It is also suitable for the flexible Pipe-Seal-Flex internal pipe sealing system, which is used for socket offsets, conical expansions and axial angles.
Easy handling and integration
The PI.TRON Seals Setting Tool is easily connected to the PI.TRON multifunction robot and works with a compressed air supply. The EPDM inflation hose generates the necessary pressure to safely install the Pipe-Seal stainless steel sleeves. With this flexible application, even hard-to-reach areas in the sewer can be processed efficiently.
Versatility of the internal pipe sealing systems
Pipetronics offers a wide range of internal pipe sealing systems and liner end sleeves (LEM). These are available in various sizes and cover a wide range of applications. The stainless steel sleeves and EPDM sealing elements are suitable for both series and individual installation as well as for flexible applications such as socket offsets.
