Effective repair of damaged areas with the PI.TRON Grouting system
The PI.TRON Grouting process enables force-fit and sustainable sealing of damaged areas in sewers. Thanks to precise shuttering technology and the specially developed PI.TROC 21 epoxy resin, optimum sealing is achieved.
- Secure connection of house connections: The PI.TRON Grouting system ensures a tight connection to the main duct, both with and without a liner.
- Repairing leaking pipe joints: Socket formwork ensures reliable sealing of sockets and pipe joints.
- Sealing unused connections: With the PI.TRON grouting process, blind and faulty inlets can be completely sealed.

The formwork collar ensures that connections between the main sewer and house connections are permanently watertight. This reliably prevents
- Exfiltration: Leakage of wastewater into the groundwater

Specially developed PI.TROC 21 epoxy resin for optimum results
PI.TROC 21 epoxy resin, specially developed for side inlet renovation, is characterized by its high viscosity and spreads quickly and evenly. The transparent formwork enables precise control of the material flow and clearly shows how the blue resin flows steadily and fills cavities. PI.TROC 21 resin fulfills the highest requirements for duct sealing and has DIBt approval.

The PI.TRON grouting system has a modular design and can be fitted with formwork in different sizes. The accessories include:

The PI.TRON Grouting system is based on over 25 years of experience in trenchless sewer rehabilitation and combines state-of-the-art CAN bus technology with intelligent sensors to support the construction site.
Simple conversion to a complete system
The milling robots from Pipetronics can be easily extended with the PI.TRON filling and pressing system to carry out additional filling and grouting work. Thanks to the bayonet lock, additional modules such as the PI.TRON HatSet, the PI.TRON HydroJet Kit and the PI.TRON Seals Setting Tool can be adapted quickly and safely.

Modern sewer rehabilitation requires maximum flexibility - and this is exactly where PI.TRON5 comes in. Pipetronics combines five innovative rehabilitation techniques in a single multifunctional robot that can carry out a variety of tasks thanks to simple adaptation.
The PI.TRON SR 178 and SR 300 multifunctional robots serve as a central unit and can be equipped with different modules depending on requirements - flexible, economical and future-proof.
