The pick-up device for waterjet cutting - powerful, precise and environmentally friendly
The PI.TRON HydroJet Kit extends the functionality of the PI.TRON multifunctional robots SR 150, SR 178 and SR 300 and enables the use of high-pressure water jets for trenchless sewer rehabilitation. With a working pressure of up to 3,000 bar, the system removes even the toughest incrustations, concrete deposits or other obstructions in pipes - precisely, efficiently and without chemical additives.
The HydroJet Kit is combined with a rotary nozzle and a water jet device. Thanks to the parallel stroke, the adjustable nozzle inclination and the flexible movement of the robot head, the nozzle can be precisely aligned to clean pipes thoroughly and in a targeted manner.

Effective high-pressure cleaning for versatile applications
The PI.TRON HydroJet Kit is the perfect solution for the trenchless removal of deposits, concrete residue or root ingrowth in pipes. With targeted high-pressure water jets, even completely blocked pipes can be reopened.
The kit consists of a rotary nozzle that is connected to a high-pressure water jet device. Precise control is achieved via:
- Parallel stroke technology for precise positioning
- Manually adjustable nozzle inclination for flexible use
- Rotary and traveling movements of the robot for precise processing
Versatile application options - maximum flexibility
The PI.TRON HydroJet Kit is part of the PI.TRON multifunctional system and is one of several extensions for the SR 150, SR 178 and SR 300 robots. It can be easily attached to the multifunctional robots using a bayonet lock and controlled via the same control panel as the other modules, including:
- PI.TRON Filling system: For the targeted restoration of surface damage with PI.TROC SP resin
- PI.TRON Grouting system: For permanent sealing by injecting PI.TROC 21 resin
- PI.TRON HatSet: For setting hat profiles for secure inlet connections with PI.TROC TH resin
- PI.TRON Seals Setting Tool: For setting internal sealing systems for socket sealing
Additional equipment required
A special high-pressure system is required to operate the HydroJet Kit:
- Trailer system with water jet unit
- Rotary nozzle with up to 3,000 bar working pressure
- Optional: spot nozzle for targeted blasting applications
The choice of the right nozzle head depends on the specific application and can be customized.
Simple integration into existing systems
The PI.TRON HydroJet Kit was specially developed for the PI.TRON multifunctional robots and can be mounted quickly and easily using a bayonet lock. The robot is controlled and images are transmitted via the existing control panel - no additional software is required.
