Comprehensive areas of application for the PI.TRON Filling system
The PI.TRON Filling system enables precise and efficient restoration of a wide range of damage patterns:
- Filling longitudinal and transverse cracks: After milling and cleaning, cracks are filled with epoxy resin and then smoothed out
- Repair of holes and connections: Damage is milled out, cleaned and permanently sealed with epoxy resin
- For use in various pipe profiles: Applicable in circular profiles from DN 200 to 800 as well as in common ovoid-profile DN 200/300 to DN 600/900
Thanks to the millimeter-precise control, even complex damage patterns can be reliably and permanently repaired.
High-precision filling technology with modular expansion
The Pipetronics filling robots SR 150, SR 178 and SR 300 can be equipped with various radial and axial spatula. Their infinitely adjustable drive and rotary drive as well as various spatula attachments enable optimum adaptation to different damage patterns and pipe diameters.
Efficient material processing with epoxy resin
The specially developed epoxy resin PI.TROC SP was designed for the PI.TRON filling process. The circular movements of the spatula work the paste-like resin deep into the substrate, ensuring a durable and secure seal. Damaged areas up to 5 cm deep can be reliably sealed.
Maximum versatility with five applications
Modern sewer rehabilitation requires maximum flexibility - and this is exactly where PI.TRON5 comes in. Pipetronics combines five innovative rehabilitation techniques in a single multifunctional robot that can carry out a variety of tasks thanks to simple adaptation.
The PI.TRON SR 178 and SR 300 multifunctional robots serve as a central unit and can be equipped with different modules depending on requirements - flexible, economical and future-proof.
- PI.TRON Filling system: For the targeted restoration of surface damage with PI.TROC SP resin
- PI.TRON Grouting system: For permanent sealing by injecting PI.TROC 21 resin
- PI.TRON HatSet: For setting hat profiles for secure inlet connections with PI.TROC TH resin
- PI.TRON HydroJet Kit: For precise waterjet cutting to remove deposits and obstacles
- PI.TRON Seals Setting Tool: For setting internal sealing systems for socket sealing
Simple conversion to a complete system
The milling robots from Pipetronics can be easily extended with the PI.TRON filling and grouting system to carry out additional filling and grouting work. Thanks to the bayonet lock, additional modules such as the PI.TRON HatSet, the PI.TRON HydroJet Kit and the PI.TRON Seals Setting Tool can be adapted quickly and safely.
