Efficient milling technology for a wide range of tasks
The PI.Cutter is a hydraulically operated milling robot that reliably removes deposits, root ingrowths, socket offsets, protruding nozzles and other obstacles. Thanks to its powerful milling motor with high torque, it is ideal for rehabilitation work in the main sewer.
Optimized for continuous use
The robust hydraulic system ensures constant performance even under demanding conditions. The powerful drive prevents the milling tools from seizing up in the sewer and ensures a long service life for the system.
Flexible for different pipe diameters
With two model variants, the PI.Cutter covers pipe diameters from DN 140 to 800 as well as common ovoid-profiles (DN 200/300 to DN 600/900). Thanks to a comprehensive range of accessories, the robot can be optimally adapted to the respective requirements.
Multifunctional expansion options
The PI.Cutter is available as a stand-alone solution for milling work or as a multifunctional system. The multifunctional solution supplements the milling robot with filling, pressing, hat setting, water jet cutting and sleeve setting. Subsequent expansion is possible at any time.
Durable and low-maintenance hydraulic system
The hydraulic units of the PI.Cutter are equipped with a variable displacement pump that automatically regulates the oil quantity. In addition, the supply, return and leakage oil are filtered. The arrangement and the reduced number of valves and superstructures of the hydraulic unit make a decisive contribution to ensuring that the hydraulic oil has a low operating temperature and can therefore be used more efficiently. An automatic shutdown in the event of oil loss due to the level monitoring in the stainless steel tank provides additional protection for the system.
