Effortless in the ovoid-profile sewer - electric and time-saving
The ovoid-profile chassis from Pipetronics enables efficient and precise sewer rehabilitation in ovoid-shaped sewer pipes. This special pipe shape ensures efficient wastewater disposal, even with small quantities of wastewater. However, the shape of the pipes poses a challenge for many sewer rehabilitation robots. The ovoid -shaped sewer undercarriage makes it much easier to work in ovoid-shaped sewers.
Thanks to our undercarriage solutions, all Pipetronics robots (such as the eCutter or the PI.TRON multifunction robots) can be used in the ovoid-profile channels without any problems. The chassis can be flexibly adapted to the respective pipe dimensions so that you can work on a wide range of channel diameters:
- Flexibility for different pipe dimensions: for E200/300, E250/375, E300/450 and many more
- Electrical adjustment: enables effortless adjustment in the tube and saves time
- Time-saving: simple handling reduces set-up times and increases efficiency
Two versions for flexible applications
The ovoid-profile sewer trolley is available in two versions, each suitable for different pipe sizes:
- Small version for pipe sizes: E200/300, E250/375, E300/450
- Large version for pipe sizes: E300/450, E400/600, E500/750, E600/900
Regardless of whether you are dealing with smaller or larger ovoid-profile sewer, with these undercarriages you can adapt the robot quickly and precisely to the conditions on site.
Electric version for more comfort
For the Pipetronics eCutter and the PI.TRON multifunctional robots, the ovoid-profile sewer undercarriage are also available in an electric version. The electric adjustment of the undercarriage enables easy adaptation to dimensional changes and sleeve offsets in the channel. This saves valuable set-up time and ensures greater efficiency during sewer rehabilitation.
