Versatile application options
The electrically powered eCutter reliably handles a wide range of milling jobs in non-accessible pipes:
- Milling work on: Edges, deposits, root ingrowths, socket offsets, break-outs, cracks, damaged sockets and protruding obstacles
- Opening closed ducts and inlets: lateral and frontal (without conversion)
- Pre-milling for filling work
Intelligent technology for maximum efficiency
The eCutter uses the latest CAN bus technology and sensors, which ensure greater efficiency and simpler operation:
- Pressure sensors: Permanent monitoring of the internal pressure to warn of pressure drops and prevent damage to the appliance
- Position sensors: Precise determination of the robot position and the alignment of the robot axes
- Remote function: Remote maintenance and fault analysis via remote access
- Infinitely variable swivel milling head with 4th axis: milling in all directions (up, down, sideways and frontal) without additional conversion required
- Mounted milling shank extensions and high milling stroke: Enables significantly deeper milling in the side channel
Optimized efficiency & flexibility
Powerful and quiet
- The electrically powered, brushless and temperature-controlled 48 V milling motor has a high torque and a speed of 5,000 rpm
- Thanks to its electric drive, the eCutter is particularly quiet in operation - ideal for working at sensitive times such as early in the morning or late in the evening
Innovative combi cable for maximum range
- The 100 m long combination cable supplies the eCutter with power, water and compressed air and is installed in a supply unit with cable drum, control unit, water tank and air unit.
- The integrated water supply cools the milling tool during work and rinses any milling residue from the camera and work area
- The compressed air system clamps the pressure roller firmly in the channel so that the robot stands securely in the channel for precise work
- A laying shaft ensures that the cable runs smoothly on the drum into the shaft
- The 90° bendable supply plug makes it easier to insert the robot into narrow shafts
Flexible power supply - up to 12 hours of continuous operation
Thanks to its modular power supply, the eCutter is extremely flexible to use and can be operated via:
- Rechargeable battery (up to 12 h runtime)
- Power generator (Quickland brand)
- Auxiliary lighting unit or external supply
User-friendly control
For maximum ease of use, the eCutter can be operated via a joystick control on the control panel or at the rear of the vehicle.
Modular & retrofittable
The eCutter grows with your requirements. Thanks to the modular concept, it can be easily expanded:
- Extension to the eMulti robot system: With the PI.TRON filling and grouting system
- Additional adaptable PI.TRON multifunctional applications: HatSet, HydroJet Kit and Seals Setting Tool
- Flexible chassis options like solid rubber wheels for a stable stand and vibration-free operation and ovoid-profile trunking undercarriage for flexible use in ovoid-profile trunking with electrically adjustable ovoid-profile trunking undercarriages
Individual system configuration
The eCutter can be configured as a mobile unit or as a fixed installation in vehicles (e.g. Sprinter, truck). The standardized system architecture makes it easy to add further robots for sewer rehabilitation.
