Maximum flexibility for trenchless sewer rehabilitation
 

The eCutter light from Pipetronics sets new standards in trenchless sewer rehabilitation. This electrically powered milling robot was specially developed for precise milling work in main sewers from DN 150 to DN 600.

With its low weight of just 36 kg and particularly compact design, the eCutter light is easy to transport and flexible to use - even in confined duct sections.

The entire system, consisting of robot, operating case and drum unit, is designed to be so space-saving that it can be transported in a car.

Simple commissioning without complex infrastructure

Unlike conventional milling robots, the eCutter light does not require a compressor or water tank. A conventional 110/230 V power connection is sufficient to operate the robot. This makes it ideal for mobile applications, smaller projects and construction sites with limited space.

Precise work thanks to state-of-the-art technology
 

Thanks to its sophisticated design, the eCutter light offers maximum precision and maneuverability:

• Three infinitely variable swivel axes and endless rotation enable precise positioning in the channel.
• The brushless 48 V motor ensures reliable performance and a long service life.
• The solid rubber wheels guarantee optimum grip and vibration-free operation.
• It is controlled intuitively via the control box with joystick.
• A swivel camera with LED lighting and an additional reversing camera provide optimum visibility during work.

Adjustable wheels for different pipe diameters
 

The eCutter light is modularly expandable and can be adapted for different pipe diameters from DN 150 to DN 600. Three different wheel sizes are available for optimum mobility in the canal:

• 80 mm wheels
• 130 mm wheels
• 175 mm wheels

Long range with extendable cable reel
 

The synchronized cable reel is equipped with a 100 m cable as standard and can be extended to 200 m.
This makes the eCutter light suitable for working at greater distances or in areas that are difficult to access.

Versatile application possibilities: Removal of deposits, obstructions, protruding nozzles and sleeves as well as the opening of inlets in hose liners.

Integrated video recording: The built-in video recorder makes it easy to document the work.

External image transmission: The live image can be transmitted to external monitors via the video output on the cable reel.
