With a 40 V milling motor, the eCutter lateral offers above-average performance that ensures precise and efficient milling. The electrically extendable milling head with endless rotation of up to 45 mm also reaches hard-to-reach areas in the pipe. This function is particularly advantageous for deep milling in inlets and the removal of stubborn deposits or obstructions. The pneumatic centering ensures that the milling head remains securely positioned in the pipe and precise milling results can be achieved.

Advanced functions and control
 

The eCutter lateral is equipped with a front and rear camera for seamless monitoring of the milling work. These cameras provide LED lighting and transmit the image in real time to the 12-inch monitor in the control box. This allows the entire work area to be precisely monitored and controlled, further increasing work safety and precision.
 

Versatile application possibilities
 

The eCutter lateral consists of the two robot heads eCutter lateral robot head 100 and eCutter lateral robot head 200 with the tensioning unit for DN 200 to DN 300, which can be individually combined with the robot system depending on the area of application. The control unit is integrated into the cable drum to save space, which ensures fast commissioning. Both robot heads are compatible with each other, allowing flexible handling and quick adaptation to different operating conditions.
